Everything I've read is way over my head. Ive had this phone for a year and a half, and I havent damaged it in any way. It wont even show the battery logo when its charging. Tried flashing 6.0 via fastboot hoping it would solve the problem, but to no avail. Is there anyway to fix this or is this thing toast? It's only a year old which is a real bummer. 2) Get the ram dump image using QPST Configuration. If I pull the battery and hold power and volume down I can get into a menu with a few things but none of them do anything except make it reboot back to the green screen. Took it to Verizon and they didn't know anything. I google searched it but came up with no real fixes. Just checked it an hour later and it was doing this. Service Programming: This allows you to back up the service programming data to a file and flash the file on multiple devices. ![]() I checked it an hour later and noticed it had a green screen that looked like something from DOS. QPST Configuration: This allows you to monitor and manage connected/active devices, serial COM ports, and clients. ![]() Around 530 today I was using my LG G4 and it was fine.
